- Registration criteria: Please confirm that you meet (have met 12 years and above to participate.)
- During this sensitive period, in order to protect the safety of light workers in mainland China, this seminar is not open to citizens currently living in mainland China; foreigners who are not Chinese citizens but currently live in China, or those from Hong Kong and Macao can still sign up to participate. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.
- Fee payment: Please first complete the ticket purchase on the designated ticketing platform, and secondly fill in the registration form on this site.
- Refund policy:
- Due to short notice and timing restrictions, all successful registrations are not eligible for refund service of any kind. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

- Notice of Rays Initiation: You can choose up to three Level 1 ray and three Level 2 ray, total 6 rays including ATVOR Level 1 or ATVOR Level 2.
- Level 1/Level 2 Ascended Master&Stellar rays: 5500 NTD per ray.
- Level 1/Level 2 ATVOR ray: 9000 NTD per ray.
- Notice: You can get level 2 of the same ray only after 2-3 months of continuous practice.
- If the number of initiates on Saturday is full due to late registration, the initiations for late registrants will be moved to Monday May 12th, so late registrants please pay attention to this arrangement, because once you register, there is no refund.
- One-day workshop: May 11th (Sunday) 10:00 am – 18:00 pm
- Fee: 5500 NTD (Includes a vegan lunch)
- Booth accepts cash only – EUR and NTD only
- Refund policy: Strictly not allowed. Upon registration completion, we determine the number of participants and aim to provide each participant with the best learning resources and experiences. No-show is NOT entitled for refund. we thank you for your consideration.
- Notification Email: The organizer will send out the formal notification email on May 9th (Friday), which will include the workshop/initiation time and location. Please be patient and do not share it with others.
Plan accordingly : To ensure you can attend the course on time, please plan your time in advance. Shall there be any changes, registered participants will be notified in a timely manner.
- Please note that once the registration form is submitted, it cannot be modified or refunded. Please be sure to check all information carefully before submitting.
- Each registration form is limited to only one participant. Please do not register on behalf of others or engage in inappropriate behavior such as occupying seats. Once discovered, the relevant qualifications will be canceled and blacklisted, and no refunds shall be given.
- When paying for the registration fee, be sure to pay only your own fees and do not pay other people’s fees together, as this will cause reconciliation difficulties. Shall there be excess, it will be deemed your sponsorship to the Global Light Grid and will not be refunded.
- Tickets may not be transferred or resold. If found, the relevant qualifications will be canceled and permanently blacklisted, the applicable fee will be forfeited.
The conference will be conducted in English and translated into Chinese.

Force Majeure/Act of God: in case of the Event and/or serious global disruptions in financial or transportation systems, war or cataclysmic events, the conference may be canceled and registration fee will be returned to participants earliest possible.
